Second City Sound Rental Policy

Daily or Weekly Rentals

• Weekends = 1 Billing Day
• Per Week = 3 Billing Days
• Payment is due in full prior to pickup.
• Rental pickup is after 2 PM, unless prior approval is arranged.
• All equipment is due back by 11 AM on your scheduled return date.
• Fees will be incurred for rentals returned late without prior approval.
• Signed rental contract for all reservations.*
• Credit Card on file required for all rentals.

Cancellations

If a rental is cancelled once the equipment leaves the shop, you will be charged 100% of the daily rental fees.

Rental orders cancelled less than 24 hours from the pickup date will incur a 25% fee of the total amount. This is to offset preparing and holding in reserve equipment that could have been available to other customers.

*Productions must provide a certificate of insurance listing Second City Sound as “loss payee and additional insured”, in addition to the signed rental contract, which holds the signer 100% liable for any loss or damage.
