New Equipment Sales

Please note: At this time, some items may not be returnable due to COVID-19.

We’re excited for you to receive your order, and we want you to be happy with it.

On the occasion that something is not quite right with your purchase, Second City Sound accepts returns within 14 days of delivery date to our customers.

All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be in the original packaging and in like-new condition. Returns are credited in the same form of payment that the original purchase was made.

Special-ordered items may not be eligible for return. Please contact us regarding your specific item so we can advise you properly.

For non-defective items, you may incur up to a 20% restocking fee. There are no returns on expendable items*.

Custom cables are non-refundable.

Consignment Equipment, B-Stock, Used Gear Sales

Consignment equipment purchases, B-stock and used gear sales all carry a three-day return policy. We must be notified within three (3) days of receipt if you are experiencing any issues. There are no exceptions.

Returned items must be shipped in original packaging, in the same condition in which they were sent.

You may incur up to a 20% restocking fee.

Please note some discounted items may be final sale and are therefore non-returnable.
